WATERTOWN, WI - August 17, 2004 - SPX Thermal Product Solutions (TPS) announced today that it has acquired Tiros Corporation of Tempe, Arizona. Tiros is a leader in the design and manufacture of automated thermal curing systems for the electronics and semiconductor industries.
