Gruenberg Granulation Dryers

Gruenberg designs and manufactures a complete line of standard and custom granulation dryers with capacities from 15 to 800 cubic feet. Dryers are designed to reach maximum temperatures up to 194°F for steam and 500°F for electric units.

The control systems on our granulation dryers can be self-sufficient relay logic or PLC, or can be integrated with your process PLC.

Granulation Dryer Features

  • Heavy-duty, fully-welded, structural steel frame
  • Exteriors constructed of 16 and 18 304L stainless steel with a #4 polish to withstand frequent wash downs
  • Controlled recirculation or single-pass systems are available
  • All interior surfaces are 100% continuously welded stainless steel for quick and easy wash-downs
  • Custom trucks, trays, and transfer carts are available
  • Explosion resistant construction available to meet Class 1, Group D, E, F, and G NEC

Exterior dimensions are a function of options; generally add 16-18 inches to width, 8-11 inches to depth, and 24-36 inches to height.
