TPS Sees Beyond Request from Optical Industry Customer

When a leading manufacturer of optical products approached TPS to design an industrial oven with a conveyor system to cure its products and a thermal process that would meet FDA Title 21 Part 11 C.F.R., for electronic signatures, Gruenberg engineers went above and beyond to deliver a multi-lane conveyor system and a tamper-proof, bar-code tracking system that records and logs every detail of the oven's thermal process. To ensure the quality and safety of the customer's product, the tracking system compares real-time process events against a database of established protocols, sounding an alarm for any variances. The system provides detailed product traceability and employee accountability.
