TPS Introduces Our Blue M Friction-Aire® Safety Oven!

The patented Friction-Aire® system in this intrinsically safe oven eliminates atmospheric explosions and ignitions of Class 1, DIV 1 and Group D hazardous materials that contain flammable vapors and solvents. It’s also safer and offers more capacity and flexibility than typical oven configurations.

Sounds too good to be true? It’s friction, not fiction. Ideally suited for testing and processing of hazardous materials, paints, solvents, coatings, lacquers, oils, and gas, the Blue M Friction-Aire® Safety Oven evaporates solvents at an accelerated rate. A high-velocity airflow system and blower-generated heat create air turbulence and friction to attain even heat, with no hot spots, from 25 ⁰C to 150 ⁰C. Features include maximum temperature uniformity, set-point control, fast-cool down, and over-temperature protection. Available in five models, including three that are UL listed.
